Trying to play A Matter of Family

When I go into the Downloadable Content and choose A Matter of Family, i get a small Steam window, and I choose Play Now, but nothing occurs. Am I doing something wrong? Do i need to complete the storyline 1st? Yes, i did buy the DLC.

What the person above is trying to say, but miserably failed, is that you need to click the Arkham Episode option on the menu. From there you can choose your DLC.

There are far too many threads on similar topic with people not being able to find DLC.

Define "too many". I haven't seen more than a few. Most new players expect the DLCs to be under the Downloadable Content option of course, and they don't really think to check Arkham Episodes.

thanks for all the help. i had gone into downloadable content where in Arkham City the DLC was played through. I purchased select DLC, and didnt realize arkham episodes was where to go. i thought that was extra base game content after completing the game the 1st time
