DLC Batmobiles in freeroam

I've just seen videos on youtube of people playing on Xbox with the DLC Batmobiles (89 and tumbler) in freeroam. Apparently you can do that once you beat the game and destroy all the drones in the city.

Is that true? Can PC users do this too?

Yes. I believe you have to finish all the tank battle segments beforehand. Take note if you have Riddler challenges that require the power winch or something, they can't be done on some Batmobiles.

You have to complete the main story, and it'll tell you that you can now use all batmobiles in free roam. You can use the dlc skins for the arkham knight batmobile whenever you want though.

Yes you can, once all the tanks in the city are destroyed. You don't have to finish the game, you just have to destroy every tank, and finish every mission that involves tank battles. I recorded my performance video yesterday using the Tumbler.

Thanks for confirming this guys! Game runs great for me too. I was having some crashes after the latest patch, but after I verified my file cache I've not had a problem. Now finding this out about the Batmobiles is fantastic!

Not yet but it's coming. It's possible to use the Adam West suit via mods.
