DLC won't download

I own the Season Pass, and in Steam it shows that I own all the DLC, and it says the majority of them aren't installed (including A Matter of Family, and the Batmobile skins), there are only a few that are installed (a few Batman skins, and the Harley story).
The box is checked to install these, and I've run the game a few times now, and it still isn't installing the DLC. I've tried double clicking each, but that does nothing.

I've never had to install DLC before, it's always been automatic.
Anyone able to help?

Harley's story is in there, but nothing else. Also I don't have the Batmobile skins in the showcase.
Steam itself says most of the DLCs aren't installed. It would be really weird if I actually had the DLCs even though Steam says they're not installed. Either way, I've checked, and they're not there.
How do DLCs get installed? It should be automatic right?

Yea just select all the DLCs, exit steam and start again. It should automatically download all the DLC.

What's the size of your DLC folder? Mine is 9.66 GB.

My DLC folder is 1.59 gig. So yeah, DLC is definitely not installed in any way.

Figured it out. I have my auto-update thing set to manual. I tried manually allowing this, but it wouldn't go. Had to set everything back to automatic, then it did it.
