this is the software i use to allow ps4 controller to work in most games batman included
the webiste ahs a good guide and how it works
Hmm wierd, I did install it but I did not use the program, I only uh.. pluged the controller with the PC on a wire and it detects it natively.
Now I do :) thanks so for games that dont have native controll inpumappet is a good way to remap buttons.
BAK natively supports the DS4. No wrappers or mappers or even steam support is needed. Just plug the sucker in and the game should directly recognize it.
I had actually forgotten about that, but yeah, there is a known compatibility issue with the DS4 V2. DS4win will work around that, but to be clear, it's an xinput wrapper, so it will emulate an xbox controller, and thus will not give DS4 prompts. (I'm fairly, but not 100% sure about that as i've never tested it myself, but this is typically what happens when you use controller wrappers, because Xbox360/xbone controller emulators is what they really are.)

Great information! I had no idea that kind of feature event existed. It's been a LONG time since I last used the software, don't remember the version tho, so either it didn't exist yet, or I simply overlooked it.
thanks for sharing.
