Well at least you lasted 1 hour with the other DLC's.. It was around 15-20 mins for me
go into your Steam/steamapps/common/Batman Arkham Knight/DLC directory...in there delete the 313102 folder:
then restart Steam and it will re-install your missing DLC
(you might have to click play)

PS: loading the save game(by pressing continue) MAY bring back the same problem, if it does your going to have to start it from the beginning.

Well, the files are already reinstalled. And I'm about to try once more. Soon I'll let you know if everything is alright.
it's not that the 70% of progress means a lot in a short DLC, it's just that I have no garanties that this time the DLC will work properly, and I don't intend to work thorugh it once again and not being able to finish the story... another day.
