Own the Road issue

So i fought a own the road mission and took out the 2 turrets with a disruptor that caused them to explode when the tried to shoot but i think it sent the commander through the floor making the complete impossible. will these NPCs re-spawn with the mission not finished or am i just screwed?

No idea but try reloading anyway. If that won't help you can load two previous autosaves on the save slot selection screen.

Typically, those encounters do respawn if you don't destroy the commander's device. Some people use that fact to farm XP, by repeating those encounters and getting XP from the fights multiple times.

So... I can't say for sure, but I think it'll probably respawn for you.

Just leave the area and return. I had to redo one of the towers because the game glitched and I dive bombed a guard, Batman speared him off the roof and onto the street. When I grappled back up, the guards were reset and I had to take everyone out again. It should let you retry it.
