Creature of the night bug?

So I have completed the story and done most of the side missions, now im trying to complete Creature of the night, i have already taken a blood sample from the manbat and been to his house and i have also injected him once with the cure. But the game still says i only have 50% completed when it should be 75%. The waypoint is right above one of the milita roadblocks in bleke island where Alfred says the creature is. But i Have been gliding around for hours across all 3 islands and i still cant find him. Anyone have a solution or anyone with the same problem? Thanks :)

50% is correct, it's 75% when you inject him for the second time and 100% when he's locked up. Make sure the side mission is available and listen out for the screaming noise he makes, he also shows up as orange when you have your detective vision on.

If it helps I think he's on founders for that part, try going inside a building then out again.
