Failed to load ApexFramework_64.dll
ApexFramework_64.dll

Tried reinstalling Framework, vcredist and directX - didn't help.

Drivers are up to date

EDIT; I fixed it. If you had the same issue that I had then install the PhysX driver and it should work.

just as an FYI, apex is an NVIDIA middleware. it's part of gameworks and physx that is used for cloth simulation and destructible environments.

disable all nvidias ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for that game and download the batman tweak tool from the communtiy "BMTx64"

I have verified the game cache for 10th time and it now downloaded something. The game is working now. Thanks for help, derp.
