MASSIVE BUG Ace Chemicals entrance

Hi guys ! I want to report a massive bug which destroy your game.

I went to the Ace Chemicals bridge to speak with Gordon like I had to. The Arkham Knight destroyed the brige during the scene.

At the end ot the script, I left the game to check the options.

When I go back to the game, I spawned just behing the police cars with the 1st Person VIEW.
(Similar to Batman walking underground)

I can't go forward and I can only go back to the police cars.
At this point, Batman stand up and I'm blocked. An invisible wall forbid me to go to Ace Chemicals.

I tried to fly but Batman go back immediatly and say "I need to speak with Gordon", which is the same thing he said BEFORE I CAME TO THE BRIDGE.

So my objective is to enter in Ace Chemicals (to save employees), but the game consider that I didn't see the scene with the arkham knight...

So my new game + is lost. I can't go back to Gotham or forward to Ace Chemicals.

DO NOT LEAVE THE GAME IMMEDIATLY AFTER THIS SCENE !

Batmobile is just behind me and doesn't move.

Load an earlier save.

Locate your backup folder, typically found here:
C: \ Users \ Owner \ Documents \ WB Games \ Batman Arkham Knight \ Steam Account Number \ SaveData \ backup

I deleted my save and download a 100% one to do the new game + again. Sorry !

Next time, you can backwind your game 10-20 minutes with a backup save.

I go back the topics for the same problem
after the kinematics of helico batman remains at the
1st person, impossible to move (reason unknown?)

what you really should not do is leave the game and reload or force to go back to talk to gordon otherwise there is an invisible wall impassable!
What to do when batman is blocked is reload directly at this time! and especially without leaving the game otherwise it's dead.

what did the author mean :

reload directly a this moment ! just after cinematics (if you have this bug)
or your saves is corrupt you got invisible wall , it's dead .

you need BAK1Save0x0.sgd this file is last file

save 0x0 is first slot save 1x0 second slot ect..
exemple for the first slot if you have invisible wall delete BAK1Save0x0.sgd
copy BAK1Save0x1 and rename it BAK1Save0x0
second slot see date and hours for find last save.
delete BAK1Save1x0 copy BAK1Save1x1 rename it BAK1Save1x0

return in game return to Ace chemical if you have this bug , immediatly reload

Nox, this is why we don't necro old topics. Read the dates on these comments; this is an old thread from 2015 and so is the solution link. Newer threads contain complete updated backup advice, just search the forum for the word "backwind."

The 1st person ground-level view is happening because many of you guys are using Freeroam Character Mods during the main story, which is causing these respawn glitches. Many alternate characters lack Barman's gadgets or skills needed to traverse certain areas. Get rid of those mods; use them only after you finish the main campaign.

A lot of these interaction bugs are happening because you're playing the Arkham games with your screen resolution cranked to maximum like you're watching an IMAX movie. To resolve many of these bugs, lower your screen resoution from maximum from inside the Graphic Options menu. Doesn't happen on everyone's PC, but happens often enough to be a well-documented issue. Search the forums before posting.
