in the settings they have some settings for interactive fog, destroy-able debris and more. turn those all off because theyre a HUGE toll on the game and dont make a huge difference when playing AS B-M. ALSO turn v-sync, anti aliasing, motion blur, film grain and aberration OFF. and make sure to fix your texture filtering- most pcs can handle the x3 or x4 setting so try those out. if the game still looks like buns, raise it slightly.
I'm near the end of the game and for some reason it's starting to chug when playing.
It only happened very recently. Things I have tried:
Lowest settings for everything (including lower resolution
Playing on Monitor 1 (I have a multimonitor setup)
Disconnecting Monitor 2
Playing in regular mode (vs big picture)
Restarted my computer multiple times
Any other ideas on what I can try?
Defeat Mister Chugs. Then things should stop chugging.
