Last Checkpoint on Miagani Island Location

I'm stumped... I'm at the point in the game where new checkpoints have spawned, about 89% done w/ the main story and almost 100% on everything else. On Miagani Island I've checked all the coordinates I could find when I googled "Miagani Island checkpoints" and on my map it still says I have 1 to go in Miagani Island. Is there an additional event I need to trigger for it to spawn? Can I 100% every side objective before 100%'ing the main story? That's what my initial plan was.

Coords I've checked on Miagani:

Check near the edges of the island, any bridges. Could possible be there.
And keep detective mode on, makes it easier to find them.

Found it at X-2965, Y-2180, which is pretty close to X-2959, Y-2179 which I got off a walkthrough. Found it completely by accident after getting all riddler trophies in Arkham Knight HQ. It's weird, I had already checked that location two times and there was nothing there, the only difference is I came back after roaming the map and collecting all trophies for Airships and Arkham Knight HQ.

If anyone has the same issue, I can only recommend running around and doing something else for a while then checking back later.
