The Riddler uses the goons in the city as cheap labour to set them up so if you see a guy glowing green around the city you can get information from him about where the puzzles are which makes it less of a grind to find them.
You need to find and solve all the riddles to get the opportunity to take down The Riddler.
Some of these riddles had me wanting to just uninstall the sodding game because of how stupid they were. I got like 194 or something out of 240 and some of the last ones just drove me ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ insane. They were not enjoyable puzzles more like mean to annoy you puzzles
