Is a remaster/overhaul the only way to fix Arkham Knight
At this point, every time Rocksteady releases a patch for the game, something else seems to break for somebody and a decent number of people are unable to even launch the game. In fact, they have even given up on trying to make the game playable for certain computers because they just simply can't fix the game for those computers. As far as I can tell, this game is never going to be fully fixed.

The only way I can see Batman: Arkham Knight being fully fixed is if Warner Brothers and Rocksteady just completely crap this port of the game and start all over with a new remastered edition.

Now when I say remaster, I of course mean an overhaul. I'd imagine that this version would be a brand new port of the game to replace the old one where everyone would get refund of the old game and be able to buy the new version for perhaps a cheaper price.

I could have a say in what this remaster/overhaul would be, it would not just be a great port with little to no gltiches. It would be a version that would version that would make some major changes to the game as a whole, including a few minor and major changes to the main story. I know a remastered version would not likely have those changes, but while I do like the games story, I do think that was a direction that the game's story could have gone that would have
made it more memorable and interesting.
Also, I do think they could make changes to some of the side missions, namely checkpoint, bomb and watchtower mission. While I did like them for making me feel like that every time I destroyed on I would slowly take back the city, just wish they made them easier to find and maybe a few less of them. It would make those side missions feel less like simple busy work and a bit less tedious if they were easier to locate and destroy.

So again, I think a remastered and a complete overhaul is the only way to not just fix Arkham Knight but also improve it. I know this will likely take a while to do and that's if it even happens at all, but when if I have to wait a year or two for them to make it from start to finish, I'll be willing to buy it if it means getting a better version of this game.

Edit: The majority of people in this thread say that the game work perfectly fine and have been enjoying. I guess there won't be a remake since a lot of people don't seem to think the game needs one. Ah well. I guess I'll play the game and accept what I got. Keep in mind that I do like it. I just think they could have done more with this game (other than just release a better PC port of it).

Could happen, but shurely not in the near future, maybe in a few years, when the new Console-Generation is out.
Forget your "everyone gets a refund" Plan. WB can´t manage it at the Moment (for known reasons) giving everyone a refund, how should they manage it then?
If there´s really a "remastered edition" sometime, it will be for full price
According many posts here, many people are nearly satisfied with the game now. I don´t think WB would see a reason to make a overhaul/remaster of it in near future

Yeah because that totally sounds like a smart business decision. Absolutely flawless business model...

Get real. The costs involved in completely remaking/remastering this game from the engine up makes absolutely no sense. No company is going to spend millions more on the platform that makes the least money for them.

I suppose in your "plan" owners of the game would also get the remaster for free? Or at a heavy discount? Again another reason not to do it.

Good hardware does not mean your hardware, OS, drivers, etc.. are free of defects or issues.

Stop with the "I got a good rig, couldnt be the issue" crap.

Stop the crap it's your pc ! I have an i7 4790K , 980ti SC & 760 for physx ,16gb ddr3 . Every time they do something , patch or dlc more things break . I have numerous ghost thugs , teleporting thugs , batman now rides on invisible cars & pulls thugs out of thin air . Today the batmobile flew into the air & landed in the water for no reason . I thing appeared in Chinatown & fell thru the map . This is on a new save after the dlc . On my first save the benchmark is busted like many others have experienced .

This game should be butter smooth , but it's chunky crap . I spent the money to have a great experience , not a so-so one . And yes , it isn't my pc . This game is just busted and getting worse .
