How the f do you beat the league of assassin mission?

I follow up to the point where you have to go in the elevator shaft in the hospital. Once you get out of the elevator shaft you have to use a remote batarang on the box. Problem is there is no way to get to the box!?!?

Sure, I only know it's on the "exterior of the building". Because some bug won't let me out of the building.

It is not a bug. You are supposed to call the batmobile with remote.

Well, how nice that that fan hole is blocked by debris in my game ?! Can't get a batarang through, nothing helps. I don't think I can even get out of there to continue playing other stuff.

Don't use Explosive Gel on the wooden wall because some debris can block the Batarang's path, just break it with your fists. If the hole is still blocked, load an earlier backup save.

Somehow i managed to squeeze a baterang there after few tries...

Also, you need to not only fly the batarang into the room with the box, but also out the window, through the electricity, then back to the box.
