Most likely not, seeing as how he's not one of the villains, and I assume(?) you have to finish the story before you can play them?

i think you misunderstood me, i was talking about jokers comments about gotham most wanted when you capture them. since this is a most wanted expansion.

When you finish the game Joker doesn't appear when you complete a side mission, so if you've completed the game and they do have these in you'll miss them.

I just played through 2 of the side missions before finsihing the main story in new game plus mode and I have not seend the Joker yet.

Nope, Joker does not comment on any events going on with SOI. Tested this myself by doing the DLC missions as soon as they were available during the story.

I never heard Joker say anything...but did see/meet him during the Freeze mission....during the part where you have to take down the 3 snipers(and misc militia..Otisburg location) at the location where Nora's chamber is at...before Batman releases her and starts the race sequence....Joker was sitting on the ledge of one of the scaffolds. This was on a save that I did not finish the main game(Freeze mission is available at the %80 mark)...Batman has not fought off the Joker influence yet....hence the Joker will pop up.

if beat game first then side mission no joker but if tdont go fouth without beating game and run sides as you finish game then i see joker

But joker never speaks about the side mission enemies...so they never got mark hamil in for that

Yes...I played thru main story once and never completed any side mission...Joker disappears from game all together(you see why in the main story ending...not the Knighfall)...another save I finished main story...then did the SOI and I saw the Joker(once) during the Freeze mission...I just played the exact save game again and didn't see him this time at Otisburg...so the Joker must appear at random spots or a certain playing sequence.
