Mods to replace Catwoman in campaign?

I've been trying to search this topic but a lot of results are just geared toward swapping the model/mesh of who you're playing as, and I'm specifically trying to see if it's possible to swap Catwoman in campaign to someone else. Ideally would want to replace her with Ivy, but if not her then Harley or Batgirl.

Does anyone happen to know if such mod would exist, or where to get help in doing this type of very specific swap in campaign mode?

You mean swapping a playable character with a different playable character? It's possible but the game breaks in a million different ways if you try it. You can still play the game like that but you will need to swap back to the proper characters a lot, even in something as short as the riddler sections. Look up the console command mod if you want to still give it a shot.

Also Ivy isn't a playable character.

No, that's pretty much the opposite what I was asking.

I specifically said I want to change Catwoman [in]in campaign[/i], where she is (mostly) just an NPC. I know it is possible to swap her since there are mods to swap Catwoman into Batman in campaign. I figure it has to be possible to use different characters as well, since there are also mods that replace Joker with random characters, but because searches are filled with answers about how to swap who you're playing as to someone else, I'm struggling to find help for this highly specific question about a working mod for the campaign Catwoman only.

Doesn't matter, her model can still be used. In fact there is a mod to replace Catwoman with Ivy (youtube showcase if you don't believe it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLbiaHX9YPU) but this mod only works for the DLC and AR challenges, not the campaign.

I think that's exactly what you're asking, because if you change Catwoman skins in shwocase, that's what you get when playing here - and that's also what you should get in game. How elso would all those Adam West Batman kisses Julie Newmar Catwoman videos have been made?
Not totally sure the how the linked video was done. It say the mod is from a guy called TimelessStarman - and his mods can be found here at Nexusmods:

All I find there is Ivy for Batgirl. But the guys doing the Arkham mods generally are friendly people, maybe you can head over to Nexus and ask the guy himself if he can make you the mod you want. The mods usually have comment section where you can talk directly to the creators. He seems to have some routine in doing stuff like that, and as far as I can judge, swapping models 1:1 should not be the biggest effort...

Perhaps I'm wording myself poorly then, because I am definitely asking for help only in modding Catwoman as Ivy in the campaign, meaning the main story where she is held hostage by Riddler. So that when you encounter her in the campaign, she will be Ivy/Batgirl/Harley.

I already have the mod that the video showcases, and as stated previously it works in Catwoman's DLC and in the AR challenges, but it does not work in the campaign - which is where I'd want her to be someone else.

Then I don't know. My expectations would be that generally any Robin or Nightwing or Catwoman DLC suit you select in showcase would go through to the story. Because these were always intended as playable characters. Never tried myself, but confirmed here for example:

I only ever read claims that this does not work for Harley. Probaly because Harley only was added as playable via DLC.
If it does not work from this mod, then it's probably a (fixable?) problem with the mod.
Btw, where did you get the mod, if not from Nexus?
