Skin Mods Wont Work.

I've been struggling to try to get modded skins to work, I've tried a couple of them, and I'll link them here.

All three of them haven't worked at all, and I've put them into their designated save slots. If this is of any importance, I do have a custom save slot that I downloaded, but I don't think that'd do anything since it's just a maxed out save slot so I can do AR modes without having to do the story (I mainly play for AR modes.)

Along with not having any extra DLC. Please, if you could find a reason why, I'd kill to know what could be causing this, since it's driving me mad

With save slot you actually mean the DLC folder? That sounds OK.
If you put them where the actual save games are, that would be wrong.
Do you have the season pass repsectively the official DLCs?
There are many mods that require some or all official DLCs to work. If you don't have any, that might be the problem.

you need dlc, it's what starts the mods.
