You mean this one?
https://www.nexusmods.com/batmanarkhamknight/mods/1275

That looks simple enough. I don't think you can or will destroy your game with that mod. If in doubt just make a backup of your game folder.
Really all you have to do ist go to the DLC folder (\Batman Arkham Knight\DLC) and put the whole mod into any of the DLC folders already there. They all consist of six numbers, you can chose any, it does not matter which. The mod itself comes in it's own folder named "Dcuo Batman". So it is easy to find and indentifiy.
Or you can even create your own DLC folder(s), you only have to make sure it only contains numbers. For example 1 or 99 or whatever you like. Then put the whole mod there. That's what I usually do, to keep it separate from the Rocksteady DLCs and to easier find the mods I added myself.
If anything goes wrong - for example if your game constantly crashes - which really should not be the case here, because the mod already worked for others, or if you don't want the mod anymore then you simply deleted the files again. Then everything should be back to normal.
It's no big deal, don't be afraid! :)
