Game Launch Error

Okay so I have just bought a new laptop. Drivers and all are good. Installed steam, restored Batman Arkham Knight from a recent backup but when I launch it, it gives a message box with stack of errors - address <some hex key> filename not found... etc etc.

I have already verified the integrity of the game, steam cloud sync is also enabled. How can I fix this?? Help please

Did you try re-installing/repairong ALL the redist?

Hi. I re-installed it just now, and still the same error shows up. PC specs are as follows:

OS: Windows 10 v 1909 (build 18363.1139)
RAM: 20.0 GB
CPU: i5-9300H
GPU: GTX 1650

This is becoming frustrating now..

Thank you all. I fixed the problem by reformatting my system again and then updating windows. Then I installed batman again

No. Just the ssd where the OS is
