Is Scarecrow a good villain?

hi i have been recently been playing arkham knight and its fun as ♥♥♥♥. i cant believe its been sitting on my library collecting dust, the question i want to ask you all is the scarecrow a good villain? if yes then i will try my best to enjoy his character

yes def, i mean people say he wasint shown in the game as much as joker but thats kinda the point. Why would the game have scarecrow up in the screen at all times? his power is the gas and we can see the effects of it in the game. He made the enviornment and the finnal mission was really good. even tho it was not a fight , it was fun and thats how its supposed to me. best ending to a game ngl.

Scarecrow was good in this game but better in Asylum. I was able to play Asylum in 3d while that was a thing and the Scarecrow levels in 3d were awesome.
