Although it's funny the guy from city is considered the fake when he makes far more impressive shots than anyone in suicide squad. He killed a man from across the city with like 4 ricochets!
The funny thing is that the imposter ♥♥♥♥ could have been done decently if the playable Deadshot in SS was the imposter. Maybe one of Brainiac's previous invasions had his Universe's Suicide Squad fight him and fail, he got sent to a different universe cause of whatever reason but ended up in the wrong time period with foggy memory.
Then you could actually have him being a different deadshot actually play into the story, perhaps in the latter half you need to do some missions to get some science ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ so Deadshot can regain his full memories which lets him remember Braniacs Weakness or something like that.
It's not perfect but at the very least it makes a very obviously money motivated change actually interesting and play into the main plot.
Suicide Squad is legitimately one of the worst games I've seen in a long time. Really happy to hear it flopped. It flopped so bad that WB has ALREADY declared it a flop.
