What DLC includes the Wayne Tech Booster Pack?

so from what i know. i have the booster pack. i got the arkham collection when it was on sale. but from what i gather. i can't find any mention of the dlc on the dlc section. but i do have it. so i was wondering since i can't find any info on this. which dlc does the booster pack come with?

I think that was a pre-order bonus from Best Buy and Tesco. I don't think you can buy it on its own, so it doesn't show up in the store, but they may have included it in the collection you bought. All it does is unlock a few upgrades at the beginning of the game.

You can see an ad for it in this image[i.pinimg.com], and there's a user-made mod[www.nexusmods.com] that's supposed to give the same functionality.

Ah okay. Yeah i know about the mod and what the dlc does. I originally downloaded the mod cuz i thought it wasn't available on pc. And when i put it in my dlc folder it said that it already existed. And then i remembered that the dlc activated before i was looking for mods cuz i was testing out the game on my pc. i got confused and looked it up. But i didnt get any info on the pc ver for it
