Can't control during Founder's Island radar mission

finished the game several times, when I started new game + after getting the device thingie on the drone, the face and shoulder buttons wont' work. I am pretty sure my controller is working and the settings are correct. i think it is a glitch or something, anybody else experienced this? is there a way to fix this or do i have to start over again? thanks in advance.

Is this the place where you've just gotten the drone hack and you're supposed to use it to blind the drone guarding the first radar? I think that part messes up if you destroy the drone beforehand and there's nothing there for you to hack.

If that's what happened, you probably just need to revert to an earlier save in the main menu and then redo things without destroying the drone out of sequence.

thanks man, that's probably it. how exactly do i revert to an earlier save? I only keep 1 save file, is that the back up thing? for all the nice updates they give to this game after 7 or so years (with battinson the lastest), It would have been better if they addressed these glitches first. I think this probably my 6th restart because of game breaking glitches, first the missing chinatown bomb, then the batgirl DLC crash. still as fun as the 1st time but my OCD won't let me move forward until I get everything lol

figured it out. forgot you need to hold L1 and R1 to access the previous save lol
