SOLVED Grapple gun not working

Pressing "F" to grapple does nothing in my game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times to no avail. I've tried assigning an alternate key and that also does nothing. Using a controller is pretty much the same thing. My LB button does nothing when I want to grapple but works in the batmobile and in the menus. I don't know if this is a very rare glitch or something because I have looked everywhere for a solution and it seems no one else has had this problem. If anyone knows a solution, it would be very much appreciated :)

I actually deleted the game and reinstalled it to my C: drive rather than my D: drive and my grapple hook was working again. Hope this helps
