[BUG *resolved*] Stuck Scanning Cobra Tank
I'm stuck on what appears to be a bug. On the mission where Batman needs to scan three sides of the Cobra tank, every attempt seems to hit the back of the tank. I scan it once fine, and every other time, no matter the angle or distance, it says that area was already scanned. Anyone else encountered this before, or know of a way to skip a section or level so I can proceed past? Thanks in advance!

EDIT RESOLVED WITH WORKAROUND: FYI, I was able to workaround the problem. There appears to be a glitch when you attempt to tackle this task immediately after resuming from a save in the GCPD garage before leaving. I restored a backed up save from a few minutes before, and when running through picking up Poison Ivy to scanning the tanks, it worked fine and allowed me to scan the tank. I was able to reproduce the issue of being unable to scan the tank's sides after reloading from the saved game again in the garage. Anyway, thankfully I got passed that and am able to continue in the game.

I dunno, I've completed the game like 5 times and I've never had a problem like that. Are you looking at the radar image of the tank and making sure you are getting a side you didn't? The tank spins around and moves omnidirectionally, so you can't get the right side just based on the direction it's moving.

I get an occasional hitch while side-scanning too, so I grapple to an overhead lamp post or overhang and scan a side from above without getting spotted.

I've tried it while standing on any side of the tank, be it front, left, right, top. The radar image only ever reflects in blue the rear section though. No matter where I scan it, even initially, only the rear is highlighted blue.

Just wanted to say, creating a new save in any way, I:E doing a challenge like the training missions, does fix this as well

The issue for me was that the screen said to use a key I assigned in the keybinds to scan, but in fact I had to use a default or another key. Try going through your keyboard to find out which one if not sure.
Had to deal with this issue and found out if you don't have the mission selected as your current mission it will only allow you to scan the back of the tank but not the sides. Dealt with this for over an hour and found some comment on youtube mentioning this and discovered I had a different mission selected. Instantly was able to do it after
