Is there seriously not a single mod for hooded Robin?

Robin's character design in Arkham City is probably my favorite iteration of the character ever, but for some reason in Arkham Knight, Rocksteady decided to have him unhooded at all times. This is made even worse, because his costume is essentially identical to City, hood and all, he just never wear it. The hood is so much more intimidating than a kid with a buzz cut and a domino mask.

I was just looking for this, too. I'm not sure if you still are, but this was the only one I found. Looks like it's not a drag-n-drop though - it uses mesh swapping, which I'm not familiar with. I really like the look in this video though.
