Game not responding at Start Up

Hello everyone! I bought Arkham Knight last week and it played just fine for a while, but now every time i launch the game, it opens, but doesn't get to the splash screens. Eventually the computer says "Arkham Knight is not Responding" and gives me to option to close or wait. I've uninstalled the game, uninstalled Steam, all my other games still load just fine, i've verified the files, and I can't seem to figure out what's going on.

I'm running on Windows 11, AMD Ryzen 7 6800h, AMD Radeon RX 6650m, 16GB DDR5 Ram

I was able to resolve it by not having the Xbox controller connected when I started the game. I connected it afterwards and it was fine.
