Bruce Wayne is a decadent playboy who's never been seen with Batman only because he's too busy sleeping with different ladies every night (while Batman is fighting crime every night).
Physical features... no one's really looked at Batman's physical features because he only appears at night wearing dark outfits / capes and whatnot that's designed to make it difficult to discern his form (plus the entire lurking in the shadow).
Same voice actor... well, this is a video game version, and there are things like budget to consider. If you can save a few dollars using the same voice actor, why not?
It's crazy how you don't understand who Batman is behind the mask. I'm sure Batman is a the type of guy who grew up average. His work ethic says blue collar all the way. Plus he cares about keeping crime out of Gotham. Police don't like him cause he's bad for business. He makes them look bad because he's not on the take like a lot of them are. He's clearly a neighborhood guy with morals.
Studios were trying to save money when this game came out lol. Of course it makes sense for them to use the same voice actors for certain things sometimes. I remember this other video game that did that a whole bunch too.
Hope you're taking your meds because this is 100% delusional.
