Hi guys,
Sorry for the delay in jumping onto this thread. Batman: Return to Arkham is only available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles in order to provide players with Rocksteady’s Batman: Arkham games that were previously only released on the PS3 and Xbox 360. As the PC versions of AA and AC are already running at higher resolutions than those for previous generation consoles, we decided to focus development solely on PS4 and Xbox One.
Hope that helps clear things up!

Why would "Return to Arkham" needed to be ported when it has always been better and already available on the PC? Why is this still an issue?
they are not ac and aa is just being brought to ps4 and xbone which are still stuck on 1080p so be happy the pc has beeter than console
I never said it was coming to PC, I said those games were already on PC and better than both console versions.
"The only reason they're releasing it for consoles is to allow the console folks to finally play the game at a decent framerate" Nah, only for money.
Yeah, and honestly the original is better, the only good thing Remastered is Harley Quinn & Catwoman have better details.
We're not, but based on the very loaded wording of your question, you've clearly already got yourself convinced and are just looking for confirmation of your personal bias.
That's probably at least partially true, but so what? Business exists to make money. We don't know that was really a factor, but if it was, from a business perspective it's certainly understandable and reasonable.
The other part of it is that the PC versions are simply already superior to the previous gen console versions.

But hey, judging by the comparison videos they managed to totally mess up Rocksteady's original art style so no biggie.
A simple inline engine replacement isn't a guarantee of improvement, and actually has probably just as much of a chance of hurting performance, if anything.
I of course cannot prove or disprove this, (and it's simply conjecture on my part) but I would not at all be surprised to find out that the only REAL reason Virtuos is using UE4 is simply because that is the current engine license that they have.
