Cloudburst Tank Not Appearing

So, I took out the cobra tanks, then unfortunately got my butt kicked by the cloudburst tank...resulting in me dying and respawning. But the thing is, the cloudburst tank doesn't appear. I go to the exclamation point in Chinatown, but once I reach it, it goes way off to the left/right side of the scale. I've tried forensic scanning but it doesn't seem to help...

Any suggestions?

Try starting from farther out, even to Perdition or Mercy Bridge where the Bleake Island tank fight begins. I usually approach that battle from Mercy Bridge for better reconnaissance. If that doesn't reset the Cloudburst tank, backwind your save to an earlier point in the game:
01. Backwind to a previous save. From the save slot menu:
Keyboard and Mouse: Hold down minus key (-) to display backups, press equal (=) to select.
XBox Controller: Hold down LB (above Left Trigger) then RB to select.

If that doesn't place you back far enough in time, follow these instructions to access backups from Documents folder:
02. Reload a previous save
Locate your backup folder, typically found here:
Documents \ WB Games \ Batman Arkham Knight \ Steam Account Number \ SaveData \ backup

I've solved this issue. All I needed to do with clear the games cache, and we we're good to go.

I have a similar issue, with the tank spawning somewhere under GCPD
