Voice Synthesizer, riddler robots

so im about 64% though the game and i kicked a ton of riddler robots butts but i still not gotten the Voice Synthesizer, how do i get one if i cant find anymore robots?

Make certain that you're trying to harvest a green robot, not the red ones.

There's 2 encounters you should leave open:

1. A Riddler trophy with green robots. I usually leave one on Bleake Island since that's closest to where you unlock the Voice Synthesizer capabilities. You might be able to harvest one of the 5 robots inside Panessa Studios via the Backstage door where the Harley Thugs battle takes place, or the freeroam Panessa Studios robot prior to the Batmobile upgrade on the Panessa backlot.

2. Watchtower on Miagani Island near Salvation Bridge with Brute soldier. You need to perform an Environment Takedown on a Brute in order to unlock an AR challenge map when prompted.

There should be some riddler puzzles that you cannot solve without using the voice synthesizer. The robots will respawn until the puzzle is solved, you just throw a batarang at the nearby question mark with what looks like a refresh icon surrounding the button.

If the robots are not there, just find a puzzle that is not complete yet that has robots and throw a batarang at the refresh question mark, they will keep respawning until it is complete. It is impossible to kill all the riddler robots until the puzzles are complete.

Inside Panessa Studios, as you enter the Backstage from the Quarantine Cells will be a door to your left with a trophy requiring you to down 5 green robots in under 2 seconds using the Fear Takedown and Vox to align them. Harvest a chip from one of those green robots to obtain a voice chip if there are none in freeroam.

You get it from riddler robots. You need to find a puzzle that has/had the robots, if it was not solved and the robots are not there, then throw a batarang at the question mark reset button. The robot will respawn.

No need to quote me, it eats up extra screen and server space.

Were you at the point in the game where you are prompted to perform a Brute Environment Takedown to unlock the Terminal Velocity AR map yet? If you weren't prompted to do so then you just blew that opportunity. Other opportunities will spawn later in the game.

Some of the puzzles are impossible to solve though, since you do not have the robot synthesizer. Since they are impossible to solve without it, that means there are some puzzles with robots still available.

so in the Panessa Studios the gates down i cant get to rest of the area by cells
