Matter of Family (BAtgirl DLC) - Unlock the door to last tape

So, I found a locked door with a mapby the side. everytime I solved a mini game in the park, a light in the map turned green. I thought that when the four lights were green, I would unlock the door... that didn't happen. I tried to search online, but everywhere guides tell me that my first thought was right.
Did I miss something or is this just another bug from this badly programmed DLC?

Well, I finally opened the door. You need to reload the map. Exit and open the game again. So, a bug after all.

neither have I but the 1st rule whenever something is not 'triggered' in a game is exiting the game and re-starting it...that will usually correct a great many so-called 'bugs' people have.
Only actual glitch I'm aware of is reading that more than a few people have crashes at the 'kraken' part...that does not seem to have a fix for.
