Stagg airship crash [SPOILER WARNING]

I started the game on new game plus and im about half way through the story just after locking robin in a cell. so i went to stagg's airship to get the riddler trophies and find some on the first airship then move onto the second when i enter the room where i previously rescue stagg there are guards and i start walking backwards i cannot move or do anything to get out of it and when the guards kill me the game crashes i need to fix this in order to get the rest of the trophies from the second airship.

When you return to Stagg's Airships during the Cloudburst event, you must enter Airship 2 through the damaged nose, not through the open starboard side accesses. There is a predator encounter inside Airship 2 that must be played in order as scripted, otherwise you will encounter the glitch. Restart from checkpoint and enter through the nose as scripted. If you need to backwind your save to an earlier point, follow the instructions detailed in the first thread.
