Is the Premium Edition the GOTY edition like in Asylum and City?

Does the premium edition include everything like all DLCs or will there be a GOTy edition later on?

The Premium Edition includes the season pass, which has all of the available DLC. There won't be a GOTY edition later on.

Actually, it will just say Batman Arkham Knight. The Premium edition on Steam is basically just a bundle that includes the game and the Season Pass, it's not a seperate product.
