Low End PC Performance Issues

Can someone tell me if there is a fix for Low End PCs like mine, I have lags, freezes and graphics glitches and I played other Batman Arkham games with no issues

Refund if possible.
That you can play the other Arkham Games does not mean you can play all of them. The other Games are older and have lower requirements than this

I can run it but it freezes and lags and it has graphics glitches, I don't know why did they made the game so the 80% of players can't play it

They should really optimize it more so that the players who played the previous games can play this one

Not their fault. They have a small team trying to port the game from consoles to PC. If it had larger team, better support, and more resources, then this thread wouldn’t existed in the first place.

Well they could have made the game with Batman Origins graphics and people would still play it but they ruined the final game of the series

First video shows stutering, just like game warns. Unfortunatelly no other specs is known besides videocard name and its VRAM being 1 GB. (and just in case, VRAM and RAM are very different things)

Second video shows that some external tool is used to do something with game files. I suspect it replaces textures with lower quality than game originally has.

And that's not a limit, there are some ultra low quality mods for games:
