which can make it a little more interesting...EX: you could now do the Riddler racetracks with different Batmobiles(they all handle differently)
Infact some of the side missions are harder to complete unless you progress the story and unlock certain items/skills. The only difference is once you take the Arkham Knight out of the story he will get replaced by someone else till you complete all the side (Occupy Gotham missions) like the watch towers etc. SO yes you can finnish the main story and continue to play till you complete all the side missions. You do not get the true ending till you complete all the riddler trophies.
