Reverse batarang? ?

I hold the middle mouse button but it doesnt seem to do anything?

try to push it, not hold it. On gamepad it is two buttons you push at the same time....

With keyboard and mouse, you definitely hold it.

First, make sure you have the upgrade. Make sure there's a guy nearby. He can be pretty far away, but he has to be within a certain range or you can't target him. Make sure you're facing him and he's mostly centered on the screen. Make sure you have the Remote Control Batarang selected. Then, hold the right mouse button to arm the gadget. While you're doing that (meaning don't let go of the right mouse button), start holding the middle mouse button. The targeting reticle should lock onto the dude. It takes a moment. Once it does, release the middle mouse button to throw the RC Batarang. (At this point, you can stop holding the right mouse button.) It should loop around and hit him from the other direction.
