How do I get all the DLC Skins in Arkham Knight?

I got AK for free on the Epic Games Store. In it are a lot of the skins but I dont think all of them. For example theres no Anime or Adam West skin. I know Rocksteady made an update in 2020 I think to include all skins that you couldve gotten only on special events. I dont know if Epic just doesnt has this update but only the Steam version and I dont even know if those skins were a part of this update. If someone knows more plz answer

Anime and Zur En Arrh were added for free via update.

Adam West was not made for the PC but I have him because I modded my game.

The Justice League 3000 skin is one nobody on PC can get. No mods for him.

Also the Earth 2 skin is for PS4 and Epic Only but you can mod the game and get Earth 2 Skin

There's also a Batmobile skin that's still PS4-exclusive: the "Batmobile 1966" skin. (Not to be confused with the alternate "1960s TV Series" Batmobile, which is not exclusive.)

Any reason the Epic Store got skins the Steam version didn't?

I dont think that I have the Anime or Zur En Arrh skin. These where the ones I wanted to have. Maybe Epic Games doesnt have the free update idk. As for the Adam West skin thats kinda mean from Rocksteady because the 60s TV show Robin skin is in the PC version but not Adam West Batman.

Thats because the Epic version has (almost) every skin when you buy the game. Often times Epic makes it so that for old games the "All DLCs inclusive-version" is the only one in the Epic store. Dont know why. Maybe because these are old games where almost nobody is buying the DLCs anymore or Epic is just that rich that it doesn´t need to make money of the DLCs.
