You need an unobstructed view before scanning. You should have reduced your in-game screen resolution from inside the Options > Graphic Options menu before uninstalling.

I think I have like the same problem?? but I'm my case I couldn't analize the aguacero, it say's I just have to press a bottom and then It's going to appear like a green Wave in the ground but it didn't. Helpppp
