Missing DLC

So this is interesting. I have played through this game countless times on Ps4 with the seasons pass and playstation exclusive DLC. So I've heard that the PC port is fixed, and since I have a decent PC now I have been wanting to pick this game up when it's on sale again. But I've noticed, now that the game should have all store exclusive DLC for each platform, the PC version is missing quite a few DLC's such as skins and batmobile stuff. So heres a list I've made of all the DLC included in the PS4 version that the PC version doesn't have.

Skins:
Batman Inc Skin
2008 Batman Movie Skin
Noel Skin
Original Arkham Batman Skin
Dark Knight Returns Batman Skin
Batman Beyond Skin
Playstation Exclusive Skins Pack
Batman Flashpoint Skin
New 52 Skins Pack

I can understand the Scarecrow Nightmare Missions and Playstation Exclusive Skins Pack not being on the steam version, but the rest of the DLC? After all store exclusive DLC contracts have ended and it's been long enough that the other DLC should be here why are they missing?

So my question is, if any of the above listed DLC is included let me know, and is the PC version still a buggy mess performance wise? I really don't understand the majority of DLC here not being included at all. Also should I consider getting the PC version or just ♥♥♥♥ off and play the PS4 version

Not sure which of it is free or not, but I have the season pass and all of that stuff included except the console exclusive (although there's a mod to add in the Adam West skin If you own the DLC).

Performance wise, it's really going to depend on your setup. Post your specs and someone should be able to give a rough idea.

With the PC version, the only difference is higher graphical fidelity, effects, and framerate. Whether or not that makes it worth it is up to you.

all the dlcs you mentioned are free so they are not listed in the dlc tab. the ps4 exclusives dlc are not available on pc.

WB and Rocksteady failed to provide the promised Scarecrow content. They will not in the future fix that. Nor are they providing the classic batman skin or the zur en arrh skin to PC players. There is at least one more as well that I forgot. The others should be available as I have them. They are dlc though and as I recall I got them through the season pass. They screwed the PC players on this game at every turn. If you have it on the PS4 get your money back and forget the PC version. They are no longer even offering support on it.

What classic skin are you referring to? The scarecrow missions I can understand because they're playstation exclusive (not like you're missing much its just 3 batmobile missions that last about 10 min total), but isn't the zur en arrh skin just posting on their forums? Is it not working?

He's probably talking about 60's batman skin which is not in pc version but you can add it with some tweaking. And a lot of people are not able to get the zur en arrh skin, I myself had no problems with it.

Regarding your first post all the dlc you mentioned come for free with the standard edition of the game, except PS exclusives. You can only get the flashpoint skin if you buy the season pass.

Here's what is NOT available in the steam pc version:

60' batman skin (which can be added as I said above)
Justice League 3000 skin
Earth 2 skin
Scarecrow's Nightmare missions

Batmobile prototype (walmart exclusive)
1966 batmobile skin (which is not the one from the tv show that one is in the store page, this is basically the batmobile from AK but with some details in red)

Thanks for the info guys, based on the info I've gotten here I will pick this game up the next time its on sale on PC
