Can't do a running slide from my PC

Hi Guys, I can't do a running slide. The crouch button is set to CAPS LOCK and on the LEFT CONTROL. Running is set on the SPACE bar. For this batman game alone, I can't do a running slide. How did you set up your keyboard settings?

That's how my keyboard is configured. Arkham knight is my only batman game that can't do a running slide for me. I'm not sure why. Anymore suggestions?

In Arkham Knight, the slide doesn't happen until you release the Left Ctrl key. That's because running while holding Left Ctrl is used for the new feature that lets you dive off the edge of a building.

No, it is not double tap on Left Ctrl. It is, as I stated above, press and then release the Left Ctrl key. Double-tapping it will technically accomplish that since tapping a second time requires you to have released it in the first place, but that second tap is superfluous.
