In fact, I believe the Season Pass is the only way to get all PC-available DLC, as the Flashpoint Skin is available only when you get the Season Pass; it can't be obtained any other way.
The Justice League 3000 suit, Batmobile 1966 skin and Scarecrow Nightmare Challenges are not available as they're PS4 exclusives.
the rear skin Batman Earth 2 Skin was only unlocked by a code given to people at E3 that skin is included in the Epic version of Arkham Knight.
I'm confident that the GOG editon doesn't hold any Denuvo, Epic is just another soon to be mega-corporation like Google, Facebook, waiting to happen.
