How is this on PC now?
Kind of forgot about this title, loved the first two. I remember passing on this due to PC launch issues. Is it better now? I have a 3570k @4.3ghz, 16gigs of ram and a gtx 1070.

I wouldn't say it's really good as far as optimization. It's adequate. But modern gaming PC's can easily brute force past all the problems now...as long as you have something recent and reasonably powerful there won't be any issues.

Don't listen to them. This is the only multiplat rivalling Sony exclusives graphically. Runs at 4k 60fps on a GTX 1080. The issues were fixed in like early 2016 so you must have been in a cave.

I just fired up the game with AMD 3600XT @4600Mhz RTX 2080 and was getting down to 40FPS while playing 4K.

People like the guy above me @Mosh just lie.

Runs good if you disable Smoke, went back to play it on my newer laptop dell 9700 with a egpu 2070 super and its running over 60fps - 1080p everything else to set to on or max when disabling smoke, around 45-55 when enabling smoke. Keep in mind, I am running the game on my internal dell monitor so still getting great performance even after losing around 30% performance thunderbolt 3 due to not running to a external monitor.

On my desktop i7 10700k - 2080ti - 5120x1440

All settings set to on / max
58-70fps with smoke enabled
Over 100fps with smoke disabled

The game looks and plays amazing 5 years later, cant wait for their next game; hopefully we dont get a crap pc port this time around

Sadly Rocksteady's next game is going to be crap. And I'm consistently getting 80-90fps on 1080p with a 6700k/1080ti with everything on (even smoke). I'm doing an overhaul of my PC next year with at least a 3080, though I hvaen't chosen CPU yet.

Everyone was hoping for a superman but their next game suicide squad still looks pretty sick https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STJO5_9Dke4

....that statement is pretty much meaningless if you don't state what hardware you have.
WHY ARE YOU GEY? Sep 23, 2020 @ 3:08pm
Has crashed a few times for me but I can get the game running ok-ish on low with my R9 270X and FX-8350. Still looks fantastic though.

Got an hour or so last night to fool with it and it's doing a steady 60 1080p with everything on, including smoke. My pc is pretty old, but it's always punched above it's weight. Seems like a good port.
depends on the amount of vram you have games unplayble with 2-6gigs i doubt youll have a good time with a 1070

it got fixed because they got sued, don't act like WB is a good company. they forced the devs to throw the pc port together and release it unfinished. i bought it back in 16 and i couldn't play past the first scene without it crashing.

game ran just fine for me at launch (the 30fps "cap" was solved by the modding community in less than 24hrs)... it most certainly performs better on Windows 7...:-)

It took them 5 months to release the big patch. They pulled the game from store shelves and all digital websites.

Most of the issues were fixed. But let's not make it sound like it was patched right after launch. This game had one of the worst launches, ever.
