And yeah, the Radeon Pro 560X (there is no such thing as an RX 560X), even if working normally, is pretty weak. It falls slightly below the min spec GTX 660 and well below the recommended GTX 760: https://imgur.com/WWPBSOB
It's a mobile chip, after all. It's around 20-25% slower than the desktop RX 560: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-560-vs-AMD-Radeon-Pro-560X/3926vsm541446
Even the Vega 8 is capable of 30-ish FPS on 768p/low.
Yeah, you're right I was rather hurriedly looking for benchmarks and couldn't find any for an RX 560X, but there are are some.
I guess the Radeon Pro 560X was an Apple-only chip used in Macbooks and iMacs. From what benchmarks I can find though, it would seem the RX 560X is actually a little bit weaker than that.

You should of course be getting way more than 2 FPS on either the Vega 8 or the RX 560X though.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ you're stupid.
