If you are talking about the riddler challenge then it's a small flower by where Poison Ivy died. I think it's a small plant.

If I remember correctly, that riddle can be revealed on the map before the flower you need to scan is actually there. The flower shows up after you've progressed a bit more through the main story.

After the Cloudburst conclusion at Miagani Gardens, the riddle becomes solvable immediately after visiting GCPD to investigate the SWAT frequency and before breaching Arkham Knight HQ.
