Miagani island Trophy under penitence bridge and breakable wall

I hears one thug say scarecrow gone and arkham knight gone question is i looked for the trophy under penitence bridge and no indication of it there no pressure pads no riddler bots and i went to the wall with a supposed trophy inside near the storage depot do these trophies not showup untill i beat the game? Or do i need to do more missions?

thanks ok so its on the rightside lower bridge not the left ok but i still dont see it do i need to interrogate an informant to get the question mark to appear? thanks and let me know
