Mad hatter season of infamy glitch

I started the mad hatter mission before by accident when trying to pick up the electric charge, and after completing the main story I can't play it. Whenever I select the mission Batman says he will look out for the sirens, and I went to the places where the cop cars spawn but there is nothing there. The mission leads me to the room with mad hatter (which i have already been to and seen the cut scene) and I can't enter it. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this as I can't finish the game on this account otherwise, and would have to replay many hours.

All side mission can be started, some are mandatory to start...
try restarting your PC...then start the game...
you already watched the MH cutscene so the 1st car(it's on the map I believe) is at the Lady Gotham statue...go there ...

Incase this happens to anyone else, I found no solution to this problem. I think the only way to fix it is to download another save file or just play a new game, because the backup save I had on the same file was after the glitch as well. Kinda sucks

Well...you could finish the main story and then start(do the Knightfall Protocol if you finished 7 side missions)...then start a NewGame +...that way at least all the Riddler trophies you solved will carry over...BUT New game + is a bit harder(mainly strngr enemies, no counter alerts)
or go back to try the Hatter mission after you've finished the main story.

the problem with using someone else's save game is that everyone plays the game differently...so you'd lose your trophies and side missions.

these save games came in handy if you want to keep a save with the rain effect...and one with the permanent snow effect.
