Well the crash is still here

It keeps crashing as you start the game not on the menu.
Could it be down to memory my Graphic card is a AMD Radeon 5850,it has 1GB, I don't see it, it would just have graphical glitches cause of low memory not just crash and the crash is wide speed.

I have my specs in a txt file on my desktop just incase I need them.. :)

This system can run The Witcher 3, RE2 and RE3 Remakes, The Evil Within 1 and 2 and Euro Truck Simulator fine, this is the only game I have a problem with.
Rockstedy really did a number on the PC version, no wonder there are no more Batman Arkham games.
I did mange to run Batman Arkham Knight on a Nvidia Geforce GT610 2 GB SL in 2015 but it was as slow as a horse, it properly worked because it's a Nvidia card.
Sound like the game don't like ATI/AMD cards.
If you are making a game you need to make it work on both not just support one graphics card developer.

need 16GB of RAM, regardless of what the system requirements claim... 'Arkham Knight' was released before Windows 10 and you need bare minimum 12GB if using Win10... you also can't run it using only 1GB VRAM... 2GB is your minimum... your CPU speed is barely adequate as well...:-)

You're under the minimum recommended spec, so not surprising that you're having trouble.

Normally that error can be helped by installing some or all of the legacy vcredist_x86 that Windows 10 lacks from the _CommonRedist folder, but even if you installed them I would still have to agree with Arkham99 and AbedsBrother about crashing. If you installed the redists and reduced every setting in the game's Graphic Options menu to bare minimum, your computer is still below modern W10 spec.
