I'm going to keep trying to get this awful thing, but I was wondering: did anyone get it during NG+? It feels like no matter where I jump, it doesn't register, and maybe I have to get it during NG instead.

You can do it in the regular game or NG+. Try following this guide, that's how I got it.

Like they say in the video, you might have to redo some of the jumps a few times just to make sure you jump far enough.

Do I have to do it in single play session, or saving between jumps is fine? Do I have to land at certain spot, or over 100m is okay? I went over 11-12 jumps again and did each 3-4 times making sure I land properly and don't bump into anything and go over 100m. Still not popping.

I'm not sure, but just to be safe try doing them all in the same play session.

It just needs to be at least 100m.

That's odd, I don't know why it's not unlocking for you. I only had to go back redo one or two of the 8 I did to get it to work.

Weirdly, it took reinstalling and starting another save file and playing up to booster upgrade to get it done. I dunno what exactly helped in the end, but this crap is glitchy af. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ done finally.
