Strange Crash After Completing a Matter Of Family DLC

So here's a thing. Ive built a new rig:

Ryzen 3 3200G
Radeon RX570 4GB Gigabyte
16GB Ram Hyper X Black running at 3200mhz
Windows 10

Nothing is overclocked. Latest drivers all installed, all other games work fine.

Im getting this ridiculous crash when finishing the Batgirl DLC. I finish the final fight, the final cut scene plays right to the end...then when the game should go back to the menu the game throws up a Fatal Error mentioning something about July 2012...then the game crashes. I searched the internet and some people were getting this crash back when the game first came out and the most recent post I could find...the suggestion was "game is broken, refund and move on with your life".

This wouldnt normally be an issue but it is preventing me from getting 100% on that arkham episode it crashes and when I restart the episode shows as only 90% complete. Also I am concerned that when I play the actual main campaign that this crash will happen again. Anyone with any thoughts on this?

Reinstall the game, try forcing it to admin mode. This work but it only delay the crashing time. This issues still hasn’t been fixed and it’s been few years.

Well, I would run the verify the game files and re-install the Matter of Family DLC, not the whole game. There has been something about crashes at the end cutscene with that DLC, re-installing it usually fixed it.

reinstalled the DLC (removed manually and verified the files) and it's still crashing -.-
does anyone have a solution?

Nobody really knows a permanent solution to these crash. They come and go sometime. Updating drivers, or forcing it to admin, or reinstall something will fix it, but it will come back eventually.

just got this same issue yesterday... finished the story and was going to do the collectables but now it looks like i'll have to replay the whole thing... at least it's only about an hour long... still annoying though =(

Crashed for me at the very end of the same DLC, and my progress is stuck at 90% as well. Going to try updating my Nvidia drivers tomorrow, that I've been talking about updating for a few days now, to see if that gets me past it.

I went through the same problem, I'm restarting a new game precisely because of this problem and the bug in the "Knightfall Protocol" mission.

Updated to the latest Nvidia driver and the game indeed passes that point and finishes me up at 100% on A Matter Of Family, so that's one solution that I know of.

I am getting the same issue. Frustrating. I have the fatal error! Build_July_2012.... with the long list of files. Reinstalled and verified.

Same issue here with Batgirl's DLC. Seems it's crashing during autosave.

I ran the game as admin and skipped the final cutscene, no crash!

i skipped as well without updating anything neither running as admin,it worked

maybe has something to do with playing dlcs not in order? imma try 3rd time and try skipping the cutscene
